How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We ship from multiple warehouses located in U.S. states such as California, New Jersey, and Texas, as well as internationally from countries including China and Hong Kong.
Shipping time depends on your location.
United States Orders

- Sorting facility processing: 2–4 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 10–20 business days
International Orders
- Standard shipping: 10–20 business days
- Sorting facility processing: 2–4 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 20–30 business days
In some cases, delivery may take up to 6 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance times.

- Special or promotional items may be Made to Order and require 4–6 weeks for delivery.
SMCSMART SHOP LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Natural events
- Transfers from USPS to local carriers

- Additional customs fees, import taxes, or final charges
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, we will email you a tracking number along with instructions on how to track your package.
